This is the recipe for my go-to-granola. It’s super yummy as a topping on a smoothie bowl or just with milk and berries.

Dry ingredients:
- rolled oats (4 cups)
- sea salt (1 tsp)
- cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
- pumpkin seeds (1/2 cup)
- pecans (1 cup)

Wet ingredients:
- coconut oil (1/2 cup)
- honey (1/2 cup)
- vanilla extract (1 tsp)

Step 1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
Step 2. Heat the liquids.
Step 3. Add wet to dry ingredients.

Step 4. Stir!
Step 5. Spread out on a sheet. Put that pan in the oven.

Step 6. After 10 minutes, take it out and mix it up and flatten it out and pop her back in until golden brown. Be careful to check on her within 5-10 minutes as she can crisp up quick! Leave untouched for at least an hour to ensure clusters form. Break apart and store in the fridge for ultimate freshness.
